Materials used in original works of art are constructed with light-fast paints and acid-free paper. Some collage elements may not be archival, but are encased with acrylic medium which will provides a barrier to environmental agents that could lessen the life of the art work. Originals are also protected with a final isolation coat of acrylic matt medium and matt soft gel. All art works should be hung in a place where they will not be exposed to direct sunlight, heat, extreme cold, water or chemicals.
